![]() You generally won't expect the likes of elefant or King Tiger on the field, so they will survive and do damage. ![]() However, in 1v1s, Shermans are quite decent. Didn't get to rank 2 by going Shermans as USF. Otherwise, going for Shermans in teamgames is highly inadvisable, at least in top 100 rank. In 3v3+, going for Shermans is only if you are snowballing, to close the show. Jacksons have the range, so they do last longer. In coh2 the updates if they are done in friendly territory, because you must stay in supplied territory Perhaps a platoon with rifles and submachine guns was not common, but the shelf allowed you to choose one of the two depending on the situation and adapt So all need to go back to some extent imo. Okw or any faction plopping stg's out of nowhere anywhere wich they cant drop isent. That usf needs to retreat for their upgrade wich they can drop fine. What i would like to see is that all upgrades can only be done in friendly territory prefferably only in base or near halftracks. Sherman is redundant cuz of the scott for ai and jackson for at. ![]() Nothing like pgrens or obers outside doctrines. Usf imo in coh isent great in ai inf without barred rifles or doctrinal replacements. Retreating for upgrade on usf only made sense when rifles had smoke imo. You almost never see rifles with zooks or bar and zook. ![]() In 2 it allowed flexibity wich few used imo. In coh it was a expensive global upgrade. I do like the usf upgrade style in both coh 1 and 2. ![]()
